Privacy

This is a small pilot, run for a limited group of testers — not a finished product. Here's what we collect, why, and where it's stored.

What we collect

  • Your email address, used to sign you in via magic link.
  • Photos of your shirt (front, back, label/tag close-up).
  • The survey answers you give about the shirt (team, season, size, condition, etc.).
  • The listings we generate for you, and any feedback you leave on them.

Why

To generate your listings, and to understand how well the tool is working so we can improve it during the pilot.

Where it's stored

Your account, listings, and photos are stored in Supabase (Postgres database and file storage). Photos are private to your account. Listing text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your listing copy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — just get in touch with whoever invited you to the pilot.

A note on the pilot

Because this is an early pilot, our data handling may change as we learn — we'll do our best to keep this page up to date if it does.
